Harbir is a seasoned TMT and finance professional with over three decades of experience in telecoms and technology sector. He has had roles spanning investment banking, developmental finance, C-suite and Board of Directors. He has completed more than US$20 billions of deals in the telecom and technology sectors. He has lived and worked in four continents and seven countries. His career spans marquee companies such as SBI Capital Markets, ABN AMRO and IFC/World Bank. He was on the Board for Helios Towers Ltd., a GBP 1+ billion market cap infrastructure leader in Africa, and the CEO of a data-focused mobile operator in Portugal.  In 2017, he co-founded PAIX Data Centre's (“PAIX”), which he led as Dy.CEO and CFO from a concept to a 50-person, multi-national company. 

Harbir successfully exited his investment in PAIX in February 2022 with a sale of his shares to investors led by a leading infrastructure development investor in Africa. Harbir graduated from IIT Delhi in Electrical Engineering and did his MBA from IIM Calcutta.

Mukesh has more than thirty years of experience in leading the planning, implementing, delivery and management of advanced systems for the leading financial services companies. Experienced in most leading client/server, web, and cloud-based technologies in fintech. Proven track record of successfully delivering systems and projects in multi-national, multi-cultural environments. His career spans leading and global companies such as NIIT, Ernst & Young, Visa and Global Pay. Mukesh graduated in Electrical and Communications Engineering from Delhi Institute of Technology and did his MBA for IIM Calcutta

Amar is a technologist with over 35 years of experience in the software industry. He has worked with companies like Hewlett-Packard, Amazon.com (AWS, Amazon Pay), Yahoo! and Samsung Electronics, as part of the mobile division. He has worked in areas like computer vision, multimedia collaboration tools, radio astronomy, web services for payments, large scale online advertising, enterprise mobility, healthcare, IoT, voice enabled cooking solutions, ML for banking compliance, and human capital management.  Amar consults with various companies on aligning technology roadmaps and organizations with business strategy and technology change management. Amar is a Senior Member, IEEE and a Senior Life Member, ACM. Amar graduated from University of Delhi in Physics and did his Bachelors and Masters in Electrical Engineering from Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore
